Public - Private Partnership to Improve Prescott Valley’s Events, Arts & Culture

The Town of Prescott Valley has partnered with Talking Glass Media to publish and distribute the Town’s quarterly print Community Services Recreation Guide. This community events print publication will be a full-color production complete with:

  • Special events and annual educational programs
  • Sporting league schedules
  • Parks & trails directory
  • Annual featured event calendar including live concerts
  • Arts & Culture

The Town’s Recreation Guide will be printed quarterly by Talking Glass Media. 5,000 printed stand-alone copies will be produced in high quality gloss text and formatted in full magazine size. The recreation publication will be distributed throughout the region. Additionally, the quarterly Recreation Guide will be included in Talking Glass Media’s quarterly print publication TG Magazine, totaling 40,000 printed copies annually. All of this will be produced at no cost to the Town of Prescott Valley.

“As we continue to build ways to connect our community and make a better life for all, this is an ideal partnership and opportunity for us to share all the amazing projects and events that are happening in our Town. The Prescott Valley Recreation Guide dovetails perfectly with our quarterly publication TG Magazine and represents a great time for our businesses to participate in helping to promote events and economic activity in our region,” says Guy Roginson, Executive Editor, Talking Glass Media.

“It is through community partnerships like this one with Talking Glass Media that we improve our quality of life and grow the amazing programs and events our Town has to offer to its residents. We have big plans this summer, including a Rhythm and Brews festival, a bigger and better Fourth of July, a Summer Concert Series and Movies Under the Stars. This partnership will help us extend our marketing reach, improve the promotions of our special events, provide new branding opportunities while promoting the Town’s recreation classes, and the arts and culture in Prescott Valley,” said Casen Van Haren, Community Services Director, Town of Prescott Valley.
