Roger and Judy Kinsinger moved to Prescott Valley in 2016 from Iowa. Roger grew up in Iowa living out on a farm for the first nine years of his life. This Midwest upbringing taught Roger and his brother the importance of responsibility as they helped their father. When his family moved to town, Roger had paper routes for six years to earn money for himself. After graduating high school, he went to Iowa State University for a year before enlisting in the US Army for three years and received his MP training. He worked for Prudential Financial Services for 39 years where he held numerous positions and earned numerous awards. Upon retirement, Roger started his own lawn mowing service for seven years and then sold it before coming to Prescott Valley.
Roger and Judy enjoy ballroom dancing and visiting with their neighbors. He says they live on the friendliest street in Prescott Valley. Roger is a Vietnam Veteran, a member of VFW Post 10227 and American Legion Post 140. He is also a member of the Prescott Valley Area Chamber of Commerce, CASA Senior Center, and the Heights Church.
Roger desires to help the Town of Prescott Valley in any way he can and is confident that by serving on the Town Council he will be able assist the community in continuing to move in a positive direction. He feels he has some things he can offer and is willing to learn new ideas.
