Government Complex Entry Sculpture Project

The Town of Prescott Valley invites persons/firms to submit Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) to provide professional artistic design/build services for the CIVIC CENTER COMPLEX ENTRY SCULPTURE PROJECT, (“Project”).

The Town of Prescott Valley is seeking an artist with vision— expressing imagery that reflects the culture, history, people and values of our community that will be compatible with the surrounding development. The public art sculpture(s) will be the signature feature for its newly constructed plaza and multi-lane traffic controlled intersection. This plaza serves as the entry to its civic complex, housing a multitude of government services (including town hall, police, recreation, and library), a regional secondary education campus, and outdoor performance center.

The procurement of professional services for this Project will be governed by the provisions of A.R.S. §34-603. The contract for this Project shall be awarded on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications. All applicable Federal Laws, State Laws, Municipal Codes, and other applicable rules and regulations of authorities having jurisdiction over said Project shall apply throughout.

SOQs will be accepted until 11:59 PM MST (Denver, CO) on Sunday, November 22, 2015, to the Civic Center Complex Entry Sculpture Committee, via™, also known as CaFÉ™, a web-based call for entry service for the Town of Prescott Valley. SOQs received after the time deadline will not be accepted.
